In 2025, Agtech Meeting builds on the premise that climate change, geopolitical dynamics, and artificial intelligence are megatrends reshaping industries, accelerating the creation of new business models, and demanding new forms of leadership. These transformations do not occur in isolation, they cross industry boundaries and create correlations that drive agribusiness forward.
With the theme “Agro in Motion: Intersections & Opportunities”, the event offers a systemic view of the sector, exploring how its connections with the energy, healthcare, logistics, technology, and construction industries are shaping new ways of producing, caring, and feeding.
On October 30–31, in Piracicaba (Sao Paulo), more than 1,700 participants will gather to reflect on how the intersections between agribusiness and other industries are contributing to economic momentum.
The event environments were designed to inspire, connect, and transform. The thematic stages will be spread across different areas, each with a unique purpose. Meanwhile, the experiences take on new formats, offering immersive opportunities in spaces dedicated to exchange, reflection, and collaboration.

The opening session of Agtech Meeting 2025 invites our audience to reflect on the paths of the future of agribusiness. The new economy is being shaped by intersections between sectors, emerging technologies and global urgencies. Artificial intelligence, climate change and geopolitical shifts not only challenge traditional models — but they also create new routes for collaboration, innovation and impact. These forces demand new ways of thinking and acting — and invite leaders to take an active role in building more resilient, collaborative and regenerative futures.
In a scenario marked by climate change, pressure for sustainable productivity and new ways of financing agriculture, this talk presents a strategic vision on how to connect global trends to the reality of Brazilian farmers. We share examples of innovation and investments applied in the field, foccused on tropical agriculture. The session highlights the importance of building collaborative ecosystems and keeping farmers at the centre of the transformation.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is transforming agribusiness through the integration of physical and digital systems. Artificial intelligence applied to production improves yields, reduces losses and optimizes resources. In a world where shifting signals demand increasingly agile and conscious responses, the Future Lab proposes a strategic immersion to imagine agribusiness in 2035. Based on the possible developments of climate change and its implications for the sector, participants are invited to take on strategic roles and co-create narratives in interactive rounds that explore identity, actions, alliances, and impact. Using practical Foresight methodologies, the Lab encourages systemic vision, collaboration, and future-oriented decision-making.
Fuel and Power | Agro is Energy
The energy transition in agribusiness requires solutions that balance scale, efficiency and operational viability. This panel will address regulatory and technical challenges faced in the field and highlight the role of technology in optimizing consumption and resource management. Experts will discuss collaborative models and public policies that can accelerate this transformation sustainably and at scale.
Build | Agro is Construction
Rural infrastructure goes beyond physical structures — it defines the pace and reach of production. With a solid foundation, farmers can decide what to produce, when, and how, while reducing resources consumption. After two days of discussions on intersections between agriculture, energy, health, logistics, technology and construction, this talk offers a broader vision of how to lead in times of profound transformation.
Ecological restoration in practice and cooperation as a fundamental seed
Emphasizing the transformative role of startups working together, this panel highlights the potential for business generation in degraded areas. Through ecological restoration, communities surrounding rural properties have the opportunity to earn extra income, while entrepreneurs can help drive sustainable agribusiness. Currently underway, a project that originated in the Cerrado Sustainable Soy Program (PSSC) brings together four startups: one focused on forest restoration and native seed collection, another on carbon measurement, a third on microbiota mapping, and a fourth on bioinputs.
